Charles Emmett Yeater [1] (1861-July [[1943 [2]) of Sedalia, Missouri was acting Governor-General of the Philippines from March 5, 1921 to October 14, 1921.

Governor-Generals were the chief political executive of the Philippines from 1901 to 1935, when they were being governed by the United States of America.

The Charles E. Yeater Learning Center [3] at State Fair Community College in Sedalia is named for him.
